A parable about little Timmy....

One day little Timmy and his dad were in the car. Little Timmy asked his dad as little boys sometimes do, "Daddy, why is the sky blue?"

So his dad replied, it has to do with light refraction and the mathematics of refractions and fractions. Little Timmy replied, "Why is there light refraction?" His dad replied, "Well, I think it has to do with prisms and the particles of things."

So little Timmy said, "Why are things like that?"

Then his mother replied, "Because God made it that way."

Little Timmy said, "Why didn't daddy just say that?"

"He thinks he has his smarty pants on today." she said.

"Oh....can I have some smarty pants?" he asked.

She replied, "One man who thinks he has his smarty pants on is enough for now, my little man. But one day you'll think that you have some too."

So little Timmy said, "Goodie, I can't wait until I get some smarty pants like dad!" His mother just smiled at both of them.

I like it. It's a good story. Can I ask you what kind of pants you are wearing?

Well, I have my underpants on. Then, I have my pants on.

For it is best to have a good foundation to things.

Ah, a parable answered in a parable! Delightful. I was wondering if you have your wisey pants on, but oh, that's a cruel thing to say. I haven't read enough of your writing to make a sound judgement. I too like to have a good foundation, (but I prefer boxers).

I was wondering, everything you wrote today, did you write it today or are you drawing on past writings?

Shoot, bleh...blogging!

Now what was that again. It is ironic to lose the idea about losing ideas. It was something about writing and re-writing some lost ideas. You seem to be doing a lot of wondering. So perhaps you can wonder about that.

Anyway, what once was lost will be found if you re-write a pattern of ideas. I do not have an archive of parables to copy and paste if that is what you mean. I wish I did. Some ideas are lost, yet what once was lost can be found.

As it will be written. So as it is written!

I've got a suggestion for you, take it or leave it. It is impossible to keep up with the huge volume of stuff on your blog unless you are a retired senior citizen speed reader. As soon as you read one, there is another. People like to read something new, but this is a bit overwhelming.

If you want to have more discussion you need to have less posts. You should try to limit yourself to maybe one or two new ones every day. When they are around for longer people have more time to read them and get into discussions, if there are a lot of new posts it is hard to find the ones you already commented on.

I understand that you love to write and putting one post per day might not satisfy that, so my suggestion to you is write a book. For real, it would only take you like a month at the speed you blog here. Two posts a day and write a book. There's my two cents... (and I charge interest)

Like I said, take it or leave it.

I'll take your two cents and invest it wisely.

To tell the truth, I am still trying to make up my mind as to what this blog is for.

I will let it slow down some, I suppose. Yep, I have other writing to do. So here is your two cents back. I could make it twenty dollars for you. But that would be more words on the blog, you see.

Later...

Here is the solution for you. Bookmarks...bookmark your comments.

The blog e-mails me everytime someone comments and sends me the link. So it is easy for me to keep up with you.

Anyhow, later!

Well I wish you all the best on your blogging and writing. I see that you are investing at least one of my two cents. good choice. I still think you should write a book. That would be really cool. it could be a long parable that read like a novel, it could be a long deep philosophical work that only genouses could understand... whatever it is it will be long!

Bookmarking? It's a good idea, but I don't even use bookmarks in books.

You can't keep your place? You need a mark. You need a mark to keep your place, like a bookmark. It is a way to know exactly where your starting place is as you journey on.

So then you would know that underpants are first, pants are second and this sort of thing.

At any rate, I have to return your two cents to you. Do not worry, I will return your two cents with plenty of interest. For that is interesting at any rate, is it not?

That seems interesting.
