Perhaps people could just have the whole world/universe vote in American elections in order to avoid "nativism," "birtherism," "intolerance," "racism" and "xenophobia."
I wonder if theforeign and alien (Wut?) intelligence services of other nations ever have a creative thinking meeting and go, "Well, we could just groom a bunch of our Chinese students over there and have them vote in their elections for our own Manchurian candidate. He could be the first Chinese president. And that would really be diversity for them."
Probably not.
Although, if I was working for intelligence agencies long term I would argue this: "Just work to get more Jewish immigrants into their country, then come back a generation or two later and the original nation won't even know who they are as a group of people anymore. Then our own group can take them over while they're fighting about a transgender minority being like a Bathroom Tribe about to be gassed in the gas chambers."
Simple. Long term.
It would take a while for Jews to convince the Chinese that they were "Chinese supremacists" for wanting to live in China as "the Chinese" like they have been for thousands of years. And they'd have a hard time blending in, so the subversive Tribe would probably need some extra time. They'd probably have to focus on minoritizing the women and creating minorities there first, whatever they could find to begin to break the Chinese as a group of people apart while "the Jews" there rather mysteriously arose as an oligarchical, ethnically homogenous class above the Chinese.
