The sheriff’s certainly are empowered (as all people are) not to comply with any law that is determined to be unconstitutional, the constitutionally designated authority – the federal courts.
Given the federal courts track record with respect to the Second Amendment it's probably a non-issue. I.e. they may actually overturn whatever federal laws they come up with based on the marketing of Sandy Hook, if they can even pass them in the first place.
I should research Biden, he seems to be turning into the front man for the banksters despite (or because of) his middle class "Joe Blow" acting skills.
People should demand better puppets... something along the lines of: "If you're just going to try to do whatever the banksters want then I want a song and dance with your political theatrics. So dance, now!"
Or maybe another reality show... or perhaps Dancing With Puppets?
