[NB: Here it is, the "advice" from FBI superiors instructing FBI Newark that the FBI must declare itself to no longer have an investigative interest in the Israelis, who would thereafter be dealt with merely by the INS (because Newark's investigation into Israel's central role in 9/11 was not politically correct). It's an "LBJ moment" by the authorities, equivalent to Johnson's statement on Israel's attack on the USS Liberty, that "I don't give a damn if every man drowns and the ship sinks. I don't want to embarrass our allies." FBI Newark were ordered to adopt the position of "We don't give a damn if the WTC collapsed and thousands were killed; we don't want to embarrass our allies." Had the Newark Special Agents gone against the wishes of their bosses and carried on with their politically incorrect investigation, they would probably have been fired at best, or even met a fate similar to that of John P. O'Neill. There would have been no chance of them, for example, being allowed to hold leadership positions in charge of 2,500 FBI agents and other FBI employees.]
